Achieving Orchestration with Training and Consultancy Services

“All the processes in our training services are completely automated, from course registration, to training delivery, practical lab access, access to student guide, and evaluation forms,” informs Ünvan. And after obtaining clients’ consent, Knowledge Club also records the video and live training sessions and allows the participants to re-watch it throughout the year without any additional costs.

The company is an authorized Cisco Learning Partner delivering courses on Segment Routing, SD-WAN, SD-Access, Network Service Orchestrator, Contact Center Express & Enterprise, Identity Service Engine, Cyber Security, Application Centric Infrastructure, CCIE and DevNet. “We have 17 Cisco certified system instructors who provide Cisco authorized courses across the entire EMEAR region in English, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and Arabic languages,” says Ünvan.

Knowledge Club does not take a one-size-fits-all approach but performs proof-of-concept at the end-user side to understand clients’ requirements before offering its services. Upon getting a clear picture of clients’ requirements, the company also provides custom courses and consultancy and implementation services along with its off-the-shelf courses. “Our DevNet team develops custom API Client and API servers and supports our clients through-out the entire API integration process,” states Ünvan. An example is the success story of Turkcell, the leading mobile phone operator of Turkey, where the company helped them to obtain a sustainable and stable centralized automation infrastructure by designing custom courses and edge-to-edge consultancy services.
